Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the YTMP3 converter published at valuers.com.pl (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a tool that converts publicly accessible YouTube videos into MP3 audio or MP4 video files at your request. It is offered free of charge, without registration, and as-is. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

2. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the links you submit and the files you download. You agree to use the Service only for content that:

• you created or own;
• is in the public domain or released under a licence that permits downloading; or
• you are otherwise legally entitled to copy for private use under the laws that apply to you.

You must not use the Service to reproduce, distribute, sell, broadcast or publicly perform copyrighted material without the permission of the rights holder. You must not use the Service in any way that is unlawful where you live.

3. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• access the Service with automated scripts, bots or bulk-download tools;
• attempt to overload, probe or interfere with our servers or the third-party services the Service relies on;
• circumvent any restriction we place on video length, request rate or blocked content;
• resell, frame or embed the Service as part of another product without our written consent;
• use the Service to obtain content that is illegal, that infringes the rights of others or that has been blocked following a valid copyright notice.

4. Intellectual property

The design, text and code of the Service are our property or used under licence. Content converted through the Service belongs to its respective rights holders; we claim no ownership of it and grant no rights to it. The names YouTube and MP3 are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

5. Copyright complaints

We respond to valid infringement notices as described on the copyright claims page. Video identifiers that are the subject of valid notices are blocked from further conversion.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose, that any specific video can be converted, or that output files will be of a particular quality. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data or claims by third parties. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service, which is nothing.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your infringement of any third party's rights while using the Service.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on YouTube and on partner services for search suggestions and file delivery. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

10. Termination

We may block access from any IP address, network or region at our discretion, particularly in response to abuse or legal requirements. Sections 4 to 9 survive any termination.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Using the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
